1. Is there a special price if I use the swimming pools, but only as a visitor?

No, we don’t offer a visitor rate. All the people that get into the park, wether they use our facilities or not will have to pay the price of the ticket.

2. Is there any group rate?

Yes, we have a special rate for groups of more than 25 people, and another one for schools or summer camps. Always on advance booking. For more information, form or ask on info@illafantasia.com. REMEMBER THAT ALL THE PEOPLE IN THE GROUP ENTER AT ONCE

3. Is there a half day rate?

Yes, there is a half day rate which allows you to enter the park from 14 h. You can only buy it in the park.For more information, form or ask on info@illafantasia.com.

4. Which payment methods are accepted?

You can buy the tickets by credit card and debit card (except American Express) or in cash (in euros).
Inside the park you can also pay almost everywhere by credit or debit card (except American Express) and euros. We also have a cash dispenser at the entrance of the park.

5. Once in the park, can I leave and enter again?

Yes, you can get a stamp on your hand to be allowed back in the park on the same day.

6. Do children have to pay?

Our rates depend on height. Children don’t have to pay if they are less than 0.90 meters tall. If they are between - 0.90 m and 1.20m tall, they have a reduced rate. More information on our form or email info@illafantasia.com.

7. Is there a special rate for large or single families?

10% discount if accredited as a large family in the park or single parent. Essential accreditation and cannot be combined with other promotions.

8. Can music equipment be brought into the park?

In order not to disturb others, it is prohibited to enter the park with portable music devices or speakers. We appreciate your understanding and respect towards this rule, which contributes to creating a space where everyone can enjoy their time here. Your cooperation is essential to maintain a pleasant and harmonious environment for everyone. We thank you for your understanding!

9. Is Illa Fantasia opened on holidays?

Yes, between 9 June and 11 September Illa Fantasia is open to the public every day from 10 AM to 6 PM.

10. Do you have lockers / closets to leave objects?

Yes, we have payment lockers at the entrance to leave your clothes. We also have safes for your valuables. Our staff will inform you of how it works at your arrival at the park.

11. Do we have to rent the floaties for some rides?

No, the floaties you need to enjoy some of the rides are lent for free.

12. Is there someone watching over the swimming pools?

Yes, all of them have some qualified lifeguards who ensure the customer’s safety.

13. Can we take food into the park?

Yes, Illa Fantasia has a picnic area with more than 900 tables and over 100 barbacues, where you can enjoy your meal. IT is forbidden to enter coal, wood or glass objects for security reasons, but you can buy the first two items inside the park. Remember that Illa Fantasia also has some restaurants with very cheap rates and a wide range of products. More information on our form or email info@illafantasia.com. 14. Can we book picnic tables or barbacues?

No, the barbacues and tables cannot be booked

15. Are there changing rooms?

Yes, the park includes changing and baby changing rooms for free.

16. If it rains, does the park keep open?

Yes, and rides will keep on working safely, as long as there is no thunderstorm. In that case, they will be closed.
Otherwise, we don’t want the weather to be an obstacle for you to buy a ticket. Check our rain policy in the section tickets purchase.

17. Are there restrictions in any of the rides?

Yes, some of the slides are limited by height, for the user’s security. You can check some of our rides in the section THE PARK en la web.

18. Can we celebrate an event in Illa Fantasia?

Yes, all our park facilites are available to rent for any type of event or special celebration such as birthdays parties. For more information, check at info@illafantasia.com

19. Are there accomodation options nearby?

20. Are there any campsites nearby?

Yes, the closest one is Camping Barcelona (+34 93 790 47 20) less than 5 km from the park. We provide you a free shuttle bus to get to the park.

21. Where can we leave our car?

Illa Fantasia has more than 1.000 parking spaces.

22. Are there special prices for people with disabilities?

If the degree of disability is 66% or more, admission is 19€ for the holder of the official disability card, as long as it is accompanied. The companion must pay the full ticket and cannot be combined with promotions. It is mandatory the presentation of the oficial disability card at the park tiquet office. Photocopies, certificates, complaints or other documents are not accepted.
